work collaboratively. I am not here to fix you, rather my role is to guide and support you on a discovery journey. I help people overcome some effects of childhood trauma, get through a tough breakup, and navigate difficult family relationships. 50 minute session $150
SACRED is a ten-session online intensive workshop to help you break free of self-defeating patterns and calm your mind. It is a nurturing space to discover simple skills to activate the healing properties of self-compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. Join me and 4 or 5 other amazing women to learn how to disarm your inner mean girl and uncover your S'hero for the rest of your journey.
